How to use Medallion's Support Center


What is the Support Center?

The Medallion Support Center is a centralized place for providers and administrators to submit questions and issues to our Medallion support team.

This is the best way to get timely responses to your inquiries, while also ensuring Medallion can continue to track your issues so we can improve our documentation and our product.


How do I access the Support Center?

First, go to app.medallion.co and click “Sign-In.” On the sign-in page, please enter your login credentials. If you have trouble signing in, please see this article.

Once logged in, locate the “Support Center” on the left navigation.

When you click on “Support Center” a new module will appear in the lower-left corner of your screen.

To start, it is always worth using the “Search for help” bar to see if your issue is common, in which case there may be documentation to help you address your issue.

If you still need support, please click “Send us a message” or click into the “Messages” tab and click “Send us a message.”

To best assist you, select a category of support from the available options. If you don’t see your issue listed, please select “Something Else.” If you would like to provide product feedback but don’t have an active issue, please select “General Feedback.”

Once you’ve selected a category, you will be offered either additional documentation to review, or will be able to directly start a chat with our support team.

Our team will then find the right specialist to support your inquiry, and respond to your message. You will see all of our messages, and any previous messages you’ve had with support, directly in the Support Center in your app.

You will also get an email notifying you of a response to your inquiry.


What if I need help right now, is there a phone number I can call?

Medallion currently does not operate a live support phone line, but our Support team is available via the Support Center chat from 8 am to 7 pm EST and typically responds in 15 minutes or less during business hours.
