Logging into Medallion is designed to be as simple as logging into any other systems you may use. If you have trouble, this article should help.
Most issues can be resolved in under two minutes. If the steps below don't help, reach out to help@medallion.co.

Logging into Medallion
There are three ways to log in:
Logging in with an email and password
Navigate to the login page
Enter the email associated with your Medallion account and click Continue
Enter your password
Click Continue
Can't remember your password?
Navigate to the login page
Enter the email associated with your Medallion account and click Continue
Click Reset Password
Check your inbox from an email from Medallion for next steps

❓ If you haven't received after 5-10 minutes, try signing in with Google instead
Continue with Google
If you signed up for Medallion with your Google account, you will also need to log in with Google.
Navigate to the login page
Enter the email associated with your Medallion account and click Continue with Google
Follow the prompts on Google's sign in page, you will then be routed back to Medallion
Having trouble with your Google account?
If you are having trouble logging in via Google but are confident that is the log in service you use, you can get help from Google here.
Log in with Single-Sign-On (SSO)
Many organizations utilize SSO for a secure and easy way to manage access to many different systems.
‼️ If you know your organization uses SSO and you haven't logged into Medallion before, you will want to first make sure your Admin or IT department has granted you access to Medallion.
Navigate to the login page
Enter the email associated with your Medallion account and click Continue
You will be redirected to a log in screen separate from Medallion. Follow the steps on this page to log in and you will be redirected to your Medallion homepage
Having trouble logging in with SSO?
There are several different error messages possible with SSO, most of the time the issue is that your organization hasn't granted you access or your password is incorrect. If you get an error message logging in via SSO, reach out to your organization's admin or IT department.
Still having trouble?
If you've tried logging in, resetting your password, logging in with Google and still can't get in, reach out to your organization's admin who can confirm you're using the right email and that your account is active.
