If you work with more than one organization on Medallion, you no longer need a separate email and password for each. You can now use one log-in for all of your organizations and switch between them from within Medallion.

What stays the same
Your profiles stay separate. You’ll have one log-in but an independent profile and data in each organization.
Linking only combines how you log in. It doesn’t merge or move any profile information.
If you already have more than one log-in
Link them into a single set of credentials:
Log in to the account whose email you want to keep using.
Click your avatar in the top right corner and select Link Profile.
Enter the email address of the other account you want to link.
⚠️ Once linked, you can no longer log in with that email.
Check that email for a confirmation code and enter it to verify.
Confirm that you want to link the profiles.
You’ll now log in with one email and password.
If you’re invited to a new organization
If you already have a Medallion log-in and an admin invites you to another organization:
Accept the invite as usual. You won’t need to create a new log-in.
Once accepted, you can access both organizations from the same account.
Switching between organizations
Click the menu in the top right and choose the organization you want to view.
The organization you’re currently in is clearly indicated.
FAQs
Do I have to link my accounts? Linking is optional. Without it, each organization will still need its own log-in.
Will I have one profile or several? Several. You’ll have one log-in but a separate profile for each organization.
Can I copy information from one profile to another? Not yet. We’re working on this and will share more details when it’s released.
Will other organizations see which organizations I belong to? No. Admins can only see your membership in organizations they themselves have access to.
What if my admin changes my email address? If an admin changes your email from the Members page, a new invite and a separate set of credentials are created, and you’ll need to log in with those. If you want to keep one log-in, talk to your admin before they change your email.
