Log in with Google
If you signed up for Medallion with your Google account, you will also need to log in with Google.
Select the "Log in with Google" option on the login screen found at app.medallion.co, and make sure to select the correct Google account if you have multiple
Log in with other Single-Sign-On (SSO)
If your organization has enabled its own SSO, you will be directed to the correct login page once you enter your email address and click "Log in" in Medallion.
For any SSO login issues, please reach out to your organization's admin
Forgot password
If you've forgotten your login password, click the Forgot Password? link on the login page to receive a reset email
Please check your spam if you don't see it in your inbox right away
If you do not receive an email at all, you likely need to log in with Google or other SSO (see above)
Forgot email
If you've forgotten your login email, click the Forgot Email? link on the login page and enter the requested information to receive a reminder email
Please check your spam if you don't see it in your inbox right away
If you don't have the requested information, please reach out to your organization admin
If you need to change your login email, please follow the instructions on this page
Invitation not found
If you see the error "Invite not found" when you try to log in, you are likely using the wrong email address to log in
Log out of Medallion - click the link under your name in the top right corner of the page or go to http://medallion.co/logout
Then log in again with the correct email address
Use the "Log in with Google" option if you originally signed up for Medallion with Google
See above if you forgot your login email
Or, you may not be signed up for Medallion yet
Check your email inbox for your Medallion invitation email
You need to click the link in the email to sign up for Medallion before you can log in
