Accepting your invite
Open your email inbox and locate your Medallion invite
Click the Get Started button
In the window that opens, follow the prompts to create a password and set up your account.

Your next steps depend on your role:
If you are an Admin setting up your organization's Medallion account for the first time, you'll want to work with your Onboarding Manager on next steps, they'll make sure you are good to go! You'll also want to review our Admin FAQs for a ton of helpful information
If you are an new Admin with an organization that has an existing relationship with Medallion, check out our Admin FAQs. You can also check in with the Admin that invited you.
If you are a Provider, start here. You can also refer to our Provider FAQs for additional information.

First off, sorry things are starting off on the wrong foot. Check out the tips below to get going. You can also reach out to Medallion support or contact your organization's admin.
Invitation not found
If you see the error "Invite not found" when you try to log in, you are likely using the wrong email address to log in. There are a few things that can cause this:
You might be using the wrong email. Double check the email that the invite was sent to, you can also try clearing your browser's cache or try logging in in "incognito/private" mode.
You might have used Medallion at a different organization in the past. First confirm you are using the right email, if you still have trouble, contact support
Can't find your invite
Expecting an invite but can't find it? Be sure to check you spam! If you still can't find it, ask your admin to resend it. If that fails, contact support.
