In order to access your CAQH profile data, you will need to authorize third-party access. To do this, follow the steps below:

Navigate to proview.caqh.org and sign in.

Once you have logged in to CAQH, click "Authorize" towards the top-right of the screen

After you click "Authorize", you will be taken to the Authorization settings. Click "Organizations" and ensure "Authorize" is selected next to Medallion
