About this Article
Provider profiles are unique to the organization they are associated with. Because of this, providers who are working with multiple organizations that use Medallion need to consider a few things. This article covers these nuances.
Getting into Medallion
Each provider profile must have a unique email address. This can create challenges logging in due to the way that most browsers save cookies and cache website data. These are tips for ensuring a successful experience.
Signing up
Be sure that the organization's admin inviting you uses a different email address than the one for your existing Medallion account.
Before accepting the invite to a new organization's Medallion account, ensure you are logged out of Medallion entirely.
In some cases, you can right-click on the Get Started button in the invite email and choose to open it in an incognito/private browsing session.
If you click on an invite and see the warning "Invitation not found," double check that the previous two steps have been followed. Reach out to support if you continue to have trouble.
Logging in
When you finish a session in Medallion, don't just close the tab or navigate to something else. Log out entirely. You can do this by clicking on your name on the top right corner of the page and clicking Logout.
Be cautious with saved log ins and passwords, double check that you are using the correct one and save them so it's clear which profile you are logging into (i.e. "Medallion - organization A", "Medallion - organization B".)
If you are having trouble, try opening an incognito/private browser window. This will ensure that a previous session doesn't load unintentionally.
Completing your Provider profile
If you already have a completed Medallion profile, you may not need to manually create a second one! Reach out to support by clicking the Support Center button on the left navigation bar. In most cases, we can import at least some of the data from your completed profile.
If you still have trouble, we're here to help! Chat with us or email us and we'll be happy to help.
