Medallion Usage Dashboard
Overview
The Medallion Usage Dashboard represents contract details, including start and end date, consumed product spend, and dollars remaining for consumption in your current contract.
Contract start and end dates:
This represents the start and end date of your full contract, including any additional years not represented in the current billing period.
Billing period start and end dates:
This represents the current billing, or invoice, period of your contract. For customers with multi-year (multi-billing period) contracts, this represents the current billing period of your contract.
Purchased, available, used, and remaining consumption on the contract:
Purchased consumption is the amount purchased and committed on the contract for the current billing period.
Available consumption of the current contract year is your total dollar amount available including any rollover from the previous billing period. Note, the rollover may be positive or negative, creating an available amount that can be higher or lower than your purchased amount.
Current consumption for the current contract year indicates the consumed dollars to date.
Remaining consumption is the consumption amount unused on the contract during the current billing period.
Consumption by Product:
In this section, you will see a breakdown of product consumption, including the dollars consumed, quantity consumed, and average price per unit.
Note: if you are consuming products not on your contract, you will see no purchased quantity
