Where can I see what licenses are coming up on their expiration date?
To view your current licenses as well as the corresponding expiration dates, go to the license tab and click on ‘existing licenses’. You can filter by the expiration date to view the licenses that will expire within 30,60 and 90 days.
How do I request a renewal?
If you’d like Medallion to renew a license for you, click on the three dots next to the license and select “Renew”. This will put your renewal request in our queue to work.
Your organization can also request that Medallion automatically renew all licenses when they are up for renewal by activating our “Auto-renewal” feature. To set this up, contact Customer Success!
What does Medallion need in order to renew my license?
We will need your board login in order to renew the license. You can load your board logins directly into your profile under the “External Accounts” section.
When does Medallion Start the Renewal Process?
Customers with the “Auto-renewal” feature activated will see that their renewals are queued to be worked 90 days prior to the expiration date. This aligns to the timeframe that the boards allow renewals to be processed.
