How to View Expiring Licenses:

Viewing licenses coming up on expiration is simple for both admins and providers!

Step One: Navigate to the licenses section of the platform by selecting “Licenses” in the menu on the left hand side of your screen.

Step 2: Change your view over from “Requests” to “Existing Licenses”

Once there you can select the filter option on the Expiration Date column and select your filter for how far out you want to see the upcoming expirations.

You should also be getting notifications via email of expirations coming up in the next 90 days. Please reach out to your CSM if you have any questions!
